PAYMENT PROCEDURE

I only accept payment via PayPal and Kofi (https://ko-fi.com/violettafire) at the moment, unfortunately. International payments are ok! Just be sure to convert from your currency to USD.

I do not cover PayPal's transfer tax in my commissions and I expect them to be paid in full despite it.

I have two ways of accepting payments, upfront and a 50/25/25 policy. 50% up front, 25% after the sketch is shown, and 25% after I complete the commission (for sketch commissions, it is a 50/50 policy, half up front, half when done) The client must specify what payment style they would prefer.

If you have any questions about my payment method, let me know, however, I am not subject to changing it. If you dislike it, commission someone else.

I will tell you how much the commission costs after you explain what you want. I will not do discounts. The prices shown on the sheet are only a guide, not a strict rule set.

If you do not pay me, I will not draw for you. Simple as that.

REFUND PROCEDURE

If the client cancels their commission for whatever reason, the client will receive a partial refund, depending on how much of the commission has been finished:

- 50% if the Sketch has been completed

- 25% if in the Lineart stage

- 15%-5% if in the Rendering/Coloring stage.

If the client cancels the commission, the client will not receive any full resolution files of the commission, the client may not ask for these files "as an exception".

If the artist cancels the commission for whatever reason, the client will receive a full refund, in addition to a .png file of whatever progress of the commission has been completed. (THIS DOES NOT APPLY IF THE COMMISSIONER HAS DONE SOMETHING TO THE ARTIST THAT HAS CAUSED THEM TO HAVE TO BLOCK THE COMMISSIONER, SUCH AS SEXUAL HARASSMENT)

Refunds will be given within 48 hours of correspondence.

The client will not be refunded if they are unsatisfied with the finished commission.
